Pepsi and iHeartRadio are bringing together four incredible HBCU marching bands in a never-before-seen virtual experience, featuring Hampton University, North Carolina A&T, Prairie View A&M, and Florida A&M. Check out one of the biggest HBCU bands ever assembled, as competitors come together to perform in unity, voiced by Megan Thee Stallion and Charlamagne Tha God.
iHeartRadio's Angela Yee, co-host of the hit morning show The Breakfast Club, will explore female entrepreneurship and the art of brand building as the modern-day self-CEO, with special guests including singer/songwriter H.E.R., CEO and founder of Kreyol Essence, Yves-Car Momperousse, and actress, producer and best-selling author, La La Anthony. This inspirational discussion will be followed by a performance from H.E.R.
iHeartRadio’s DJ Envy, co-host of the hit morning show The Breakfast Club and Hampton University Alumni, will host this virtual event that includes celebrity guests, and surprise moments. The event will culminate with a performance from global superstar Khalid.

Beginning the week of September 14th, McDonald’s will empower Black student leaders by awarding them with TMCF scholarships to support their academic endeavors. Thirty-Four (34) students were surprised with a $15,000 scholarships and branded trunks filled with B&PG branded items and Arch Cards.
HBCU Homecoming is a time-honored tradition celebrating the institutions rich histories and cultural impact. This fall, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, thousands of alumni & students are unable to gather in-person so iHeartRadio is stepping in to bring some of the joy, magic, and pride to HBCU members across the country for a full month! The iHeartRadio HBCU Homecoming Celebration will shine a light on student excellence through an uplifting month-long, high-energy celebration across multiple platforms showcasing HBCU pride and student achievement. The HBCU Homecoming Celebration on iHeartRadio begins on October 19th and will culminate on November 12th when we will virtually bring together HBCU students and alumni with their favorite musical artists, influencers, and entertainment. iHeartRadio is proud to bring these institutions, students, and alumni the spotlight they deserve!
